*) Prime Minister Cup winner, Hokkaido 1 team, Tohoku 2 teams, Kanto 5 teams, Hoku-shin-etsu 2 teams, Tokai 3 teams, Kansai 4 teams, Chugoku 2 teams, Shikoku 1 team and Kyushu 3 teams.
If two teams are level at the end of regulation time, 30 minutes of extra time shall be played.
If the match (except the final) is still undecided, the winning team shall be decided in a penalty shoot-out.
