The 34th Regional Football League Competition

The match days are 3rd, 4th and 5th December 2010 at Ichihara.

y-Teams are promoted to the Japan Football League automatically.

y'-Teams shall be eligible to play in play-off match to decide entry into Japan Football League.
Results of play-off matches are in a file of J.League 2010.

Nine champion teams of each Regional Leagues, the top two teams of the 46th All Japan Adults Footall Tournament and JFA recommendation teams are qualified for the tournament.

In the tournament, when regulation time of the match play fails to determine a winner, the winning team is decided in a penalty shoot-out.

All teams play each other one times.
Teams are allotted three points for a win in regulation play, two points for a shoot-out win, one point for a shoot-out loss, and no points for a loss (except shoot-out loss).
The ranking is determined as follows: 1) total of points, 2) goal difference, 3) total of goals.

In the All Japan tournament, regulation time is 80 minutes.
When regulation time of the match play fails to determine a winner, teams play extra time for 20 minutes. If the match (except the final match) is still undecided, the winning team is decided in a penalty shoot-out.

32 representive teams; Hokkaido 3 teams, Tohoku 2 teams, Kanto 6 teams, Hoku-shin-etsu 2 teams, Tokai 4 teams, Kansai 5 teams, Chugoku 3 teams, Shikoku 2 teams, Kyushu 4 teams and ONE host region (Yamaguchi) team.

The top two teams (Fukushima United and Saitama SC*), except qualified team for the Regional Football League Competition 2010, shall be eligible to play in Regional Football League Competition 2010.
*) Saitama SC is runner-up of Kanto League 2010.
